Who I Work With:
I partner with individuals or relationships navigating burdens from the past or present. My clients are ready to explore how they protect themselves and are open to changing patterns that no longer serve them.
If you’re willing to share what you’re mourning or struggling with—and identify what needs comfort—I’m confident we can uncover unique solutions together. With these insights, you’ll be empowered to show up in your relationships and life in ways that align with your values and true self.

Outside of work I enjoy
When I’m not holding space for clients in therapy sessions, you might be surprised to learn that I enjoy silence and quiet moments.
I find adventure in following my personal rule: trying new things as often as possible. This has led me to explore new restaurants and experiment with global cuisines in my kitchen alongside my spouse.
At the time of writing this, I’ve been baking high-protein snacks, working on a 2,000-piece puzzle (a personal record!), and preparing to compete in a fitness challenge with my gym community.
On a daily basis, I aim to read, practice gratitude, and engage in mindfulness exercises.
Some of my favorite activities include traveling, biking along the Greenbelt, spending time with family—especially my nieces and nephews—and enjoying spontaneous moments like singing off-key or breaking into dance moves.
A little about me:
Hi there! Writing a bio feels a little tricky for me. On one hand, I love the opportunity to give you a sense of who I am and what I do—helping you make the best decision for yourself in what can already be a stressful process. On the other hand, I find bios can feel stereotypical and surface-level. Add to that the challenge of expressing my thoughts in a way that’s both relatable and comprehensible within such constraints!
I appreciate these parts of myself—the part that wants to share authentically, the part that struggles with the format, and the part that strives to connect meaningfully. This gives you a glimpse into how I relate to myself and how I approach working with others. I aim to honor every part of the humans I have the privilege of supporting on their journeys of healing and growth.
My education and professional experience reflect my passion for helping relationship systems understand and respond to their most vulnerable parts in healthier ways. Simply put, I enjoy supporting children, adolescents, parents, partners, and communities as they learn to recognize needs, communicate effectively, and address challenges in ways that empower both individuals and relationships to thrive.
