Frequently asked questions

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, HSA cards, Flex Spending accounts, checks, or cash.

Do you accept Insurance?

-We have Therapists who are in network with many insurance companies

Please note that, when using insurance, the insurance company has the right to request access to notes about your treatment. Some clients choose not to use insurance for this reason.

Also, most insurance plans will only cover services if you have certain diagnoses.

We are happy to answer your questions about using insurance to pay for Therapy services and to review your coverage with you.

-We offer direct billing for out of network services (we are often able to submit the statements electronically on your behalf)

-We have some reduced fee (sliding scale) slots available when there is financial need.

What is your cancellation policy?

The Patient is responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any missed session. The patient is also responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any session for which the Patient failed to give the Therapist at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
