A little about me:

Central to my therapeutic approach is the belief that counseling is a collaborative process, with clients as the experts of their own lives. This framework empowers clients to access their inner strengths, facilitating positive, lasting change. I utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving personal growth.

Specializing in trauma-informed care, I offer a compassionate yet directive approach when working with teens, adults, and couples. My extensive training in EMDR and IFS enables me to guide clients in processing past experiences and making meaningful transformations.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a dedicated supervisor, mentoring clinicians-in-training and helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to practice ethically and effectively. I am passionate about fostering the next generation of therapists and supporting their growth in the field of Psychotherapy.

I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. My holistic approach not only focuses on alleviating immediate symptoms but also helps clients address the underlying issues that contribute to their struggles. I am particularly skilled at guiding adults through significant life transitions, recognizing the profound impact such changes can have on mental health.

A cornerstone of my philosophy is my commitment to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. By fostering an environment of trust and acceptance, I empower clients to fully engage in the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their values, set goals, and leverage their strengths as they work towards their aspirations.
