A little about me:

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I thrive to help individuals create change in their lives that will help them feel happier, live healthier, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. I believe in the power of self-discovery and growth, and my goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore your challenges and discover new possibilities.

Therapy with me is straightforward: come exactly as you are, share what's not working, and with your help, I’ll guide you through the process. Together, we’ll tap into your inner strength to create meaningful change and help you feel better. Whether you’re working through personal struggles, relationship dynamics, or life transitions, I’m here to guide you with compassion, understanding, and a sprinkle of humor.

I tailor treatment to each individual that I see. Therapy is definitely NOT a “One Size Fits All” here! I often will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with clients. But if CBT isn’t a good fit, there are other options out there as well! I utilize EMDR to help clients who have experienced traumatic events in their lives and who want to work beyond their negative core beliefs.

I am also Perinatal Mental Health Certified through Postpartum Support International. Parenting is so hard and I love being able to be a part of supporting the people who are raising our future generation. I am always happy to be a listening ear, warm space to moms (and dads) who are struggling with the transition into parenthood.

As a supervisor, I strive to provide a welcoming space for individuals who are working to become confident experts in our field. I challenge my associates to think beyond their box, often answering a question with a question. I am always open to questions and inquiries about pretty much any topic in the psychotherapy world. My goal is to have every associate walk away from their supervision experience feeling confident in their skills and abilities to help others.
